A Little Potent is a babywear brand that designs original, parody-based apparel inspired by the visual and phonetic familiarity of iconic fashion houses. Our use of designer-inspired names and aesthetics is a form of transformative, humorous expression, falling under the internationally recognized Fair Use doctrine—specifically the parody exception within trademark law. While our designs may incorporate elements reminiscent of well-known trademarks, they are deliberately altered to create clear satirical commentary, not imitation. We are committed to ensuring that our use: • Is non-affiliated with, and not endorsed by, any trademark holder; • Is clearly recognizable as parody, avoiding consumer confusion; • Is transformative in intent, designed to entertain and comment, not to mislead; • Reflects a creative and ethical reinterpretation of fashion culture.
